Impact Evaluation

We evaluate development project impacts for governments, NGOs, and CBOs using modern Baseline, Midterm, and Endline methods.

Overview

Impact Evaluation

At Devment Research & Advisory, Impact Evaluation is a rigorous, evidence-based assessment designed to determine the causal effects of development interventions, programs, and policies. Unlike standard performance reviews, impact evaluations specifically answer “What changed because of this intervention?” by comparing observed outcomes with a credible counterfactual — what would have happened in the absence of the intervention.

Our approach integrates experimental, quasi-experimental, and advanced analytical methods (such as randomized controlled trials, propensity score matching, difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity) to quantify effect sizes, identify drivers of change, and surface both intended and unintended outcomes. We design and execute Baseline, Mid-term, and Endline evaluations that not only measure success but also inform strategic decisions and strengthen future program design.
